An Advocate for Mass “Parole” from Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Ukraine

At a time when Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Ukraine raise geopolitical concerns the Biden administration has failed to assuage, Daniel Delgado has helped pave the way for “mass parole” into the United States from each of these nations. (In the context of immigration, “parole “allows an individual, who may be inadmissible or otherwise ineligible for admission into the United States, to be admitted into the United States for a temporary period at the discretion of the Secretary of Homeland Security for alleged “urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit”.)

Daniel Delgado was listed as the point of contact on press releases from DHS announcing the following policy changes to country-specific parole implementation – indicating a senior involvement on Delgado’s part in creating these policies:

Haiti: (source)

This notice describes the implementation of a new parole process for certain Haitian nationals, including the eligibility criteria and filing process. The parole process is intended to enhance border security by responding to and protecting against a significant increase of irregular migration by Haitians to the United States via dangerous routes that pose serious risks to migrants' lives and safety, while also providing a process for certain such nationals to lawfully enter the United States in a safe and orderly manner.

Cuba: (source)

This notice describes the implementation of a new parole process for certain Cuban nationals, including the eligibility criteria and filing process. The parole process is intended to enhance border security by reducing the record levels of Cuban nationals entering the United States between POEs, while also providing a process for certain such nationals to lawfully enter the United States in a safe and orderly manner.

Nicaragua: (source)

This notice describes the implementation of a new parole process for certain Nicaraguan nationals, including the eligibility criteria and filing process. The parole process is intended to enhance border security by reducing the record levels of Nicaraguan nationals entering the United States between POEs, while also providing a process for certain such nationals to lawfully enter the United States in a safe and orderly manner.

Ukraine: (source)

This notice announces the implementation of a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) parole process called Uniting for Ukraine. Pursuant to this process, DHS will offer certain Ukrainian citizens and their immediate family members who were recently displaced by Russia's war of aggression in Ukraine, pass biometric and biographic vetting, have sufficient financial support in the United States, and meet other eligibility requirements, an opportunity to apply for and receive advance authorization to travel to the United States for the purpose of seeking a discretionary grant of parole for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit for up to two years. The process is intended to be a safe, legal, and orderly pathway to support vulnerable Ukrainian citizens and their immediate family members in Europe who have been displaced from their country as a result of Russia's unprovoked invasion.

These press releases show that Delgado is clearly one of the masterminds behind the Biden Administration’s efforts to mass parole migrants from troubled nations into the interior of the United States.

A Senior Participant in the Biden Administration’s “Disinformation Governance Board”

In 2022, Americans were horrified to learn of the Biden administration’s plans for a so-called “disinformation governance board.” In a climate of big-tech censorship and unprecedented collusion between government and social media platforms, this Orwellian entity posed a potential threat to the free political speech of Americans unprecedented in recent history.

According to publicly available emails released pursuant to FOIA requests and posted on the DHS website, Daniel Delgado was a senior participant in the Disinformation Governance Board initiative to the point where he received direct emails from director Nina Jancowicz:

The short-lived Disinformation Governance Board was as alarming as it sounds. For Delgado to have been a part of it shows that he is seen by Biden Administration officials as part of the team and with the program.

Advocated Left-Wing Positions on Social Media.

While Daniel Delgado’s social media history is limited, it nevertheless shows a penchant for left wing causes like D.C. statehood, praising Anthony Fauci, and supporting the Biden immigration agenda.

Whether it’s supporting Anthony Fauci, DACA, mass parole for migrants, or DC statehood – Daniel Delgado has demonstrated that he is a leftwing zealot who cannot be trusted to implement a border security agenda.
