Immigration Judges are employees of the Department of Justice (not Article III judges confirmed by the Senate.) They are often the final gatekeepers on whether illegal aliens are deported from the United States. Having Immigration Judges who have a bias in favor of mass migration into the United States often results in rulings that allow illegal aliens who should otherwise be deported remaining in the U.S.
